As Founder and Managing Director, Nikki has led the development of Willow Reads Publishing Ltd. across publishing, programme design, consultancy, training and enterprise support.
Her work has includes organisational structuring, publishing operations, business development, programme creation, partnerships, marketing and the continued development of the company’s long-term direction.
2. CYEN × UNICEF Climate Change & Mental Health National Campaign School Tour

As part of the Caribbean Youth Environment Network’s national work, Nikki co-led the Climate Change and Mental Health school tour and awareness campaign, supporting the delivery of educational engagements with secondary-school students across Trinidad and Tobago.
The initiative connected climate change with mental well-being, resilience and youth participation, helping young people better understand how environmental challenges affect both communities and individual well-being.
3. The Creative Front Innovation Impact Programme

Serving as Administrative and Logistics Officer, Nikki supported the operational delivery of The Creative Front Innovation Impact Programme.
Her responsibilities included programme administration, participant coordination, logistical planning, resource management, communications and the behind-the-scenes organisation required to keep programme activities functioning effectively.
4. LinkUp / TropiMulch

Nikki has worked alongside the founder in the development and strategic strengthening of LinkUp and TropiMulch, supporting the translation of sustainability-focused business ideas into increasingly structured enterprises.

5. TSS Youth Mentorship Programme 2026

As Programme Coordinator, Nikki supports the planning, organisation and implementation of a structured youth mentorship initiative designed around student development, leadership, confidence and guidance.
The work includes programme planning, stakeholder coordination, activity development and the creation of structures that allow mentorship to move beyond informal support into intentional programming.
