She holds a BSc in Management Studies (Honours) from The University of the West Indies, backed by specialized certifications in Leadership, Disaster Risk Management, Parliamentary Procedures, and Governance. Beyond her professional roles, Ms. Williams is a vocal community advocate with a strong track record of successful campaigns for infrastructural development.
